Subway depot built of prefabricated elements (parking capacity:8 long trains)
Depot and maintenance hall, partly in-situ concrete and partly prefabricated components (parking capacity:4 long trains;maintenance capacity:4 long trains)
Operating building and control center, in-situ concrete
Interlocking facility, in-situ concrete
Large exterior facilities (ladder tracks, storage area, automotive parking spaces and roads)
Section between the Erlaaer Straße and Alterlaa stations on embankments with retaining walls
Reversing facility with turnout track
Sidings for auxiliary vehicles
The above facilities were built during continued operation of the tram line 64 (on temporary tramway tracks).
