Essential features:
Single, respectively double-shell tunnel before and past the Rochusgasse station with cut-and-cover method
Rochusgasse station partly with cut and cover method and partly under the office building of Generali Insurance company (buttressing to transmit the load of the building to the subway structure). Partly closed coverage construction under existing buildings (securing the drift by means of horizontal jet-grouting piles)
Central platform with station buildings on both ends of the station
Planning of an underground garage in front of the station on an empty floor of the subway building
